I just purchased and set up my EP820 printer but had to download the drivers, etc. from the internet. The ease of downloading everything via the internet and regestering the product was amazingly simple. I am a novice at doing these tasks. The quality of the test print was excellent. I would expect future prints to remain the same.

I love the printer, prints great and photos are near top quality. Only issue is set up instructions for wireless could be a little more descriptive. Frustrating only getting part of the answer

Epson Printers are the best

I just finished installing my xp-820 and am excited to use it. I had some minor problems in setting it up, but my own fault and when I called Epson Support, Alex resolved the problem right away. Good support service. I had an Epson 340 before this and it was also a very good printer. It gave me great service for 5 years.

Excellent Printer for Photographs

I used to have a Workforce 610 but due to jostling around the gears got jammed and no one wants to repair an Epson printer nor take it in as a trade up.
The XP-820/XP-860 is not as professional as the Workforce 610, but it is comparable and it does what I need it to do and still be professional about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for a vacation cabin. We wanted to keep life simple. The wireless was easy to set up, without any professional help. The printing seems fine.
I haven't tried scanning or faxing.
This seems to be a quality product at a good price

This was the easiest printer I have every set up. Test page looked great. Had home computers and printers since 1990, so I have installed a few!
