After a few months of family use, so far so good. Print quality is excellent. Two sided works very well, prints two sides a little slower than a pro or bigger printer, but in the ballpark for speed. I have not done photos yet...so no comment on that. Ink usage seems normal, not excessive. Connects wirelessly easily to the mac products. MS products are a little challenging...not the printers fault, but so you know...I would recommend this printer to a friend!!

It's been years since I had to purchase a new printer and I totally recommend the XP-820 - Easy to set up, print quality is what I expected (my previous printer was an Epson also) I like the multiple ink cartridges in case you run out of one color you don't have to waste the others that didn't run out if they were in a single cartridge. Easy to load paper - Scanner, auto feed all excellent - Just a breeze to own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the first time that I did not need help setting up a new product. The CD used for set-up is great. It is very user friendly!

I like the easy setup and the fast ease of connections. I also like that it has a scanner and fax.top load tray and a SD slot. a wifi connection.

purchased Epson xp820 after using many different brands not to mention this is by far the best. photos are flawless and radiant in color. scans awesome just over all wish i could give this product 10 stars thee best all in one

Set up was not easy. The pictoral diagrams leave a few things out and we had difficulty with the cd set up. THe on line set up was also cumbersome. we finally got it taken care of, but better instructions would have been beneficial
