I just got my second XP-820 and it is working fine.I like how easy the wireless printing was to get set-up.

I had high hopes for an affordable all-in-printer but never expected this. I have had way cheaper printers which preformed way better than this Epson. I'm pretty comfortable using computers and electronics but this one was a challenge. I have constant problems with the software, freezes, takes too long, waste too much ink and paper because it does not print correctly the first time. When it does work, its prints are beautiful!. The ink is cheap but it does not matter because I end up wasting some of it anyway. Save your money and buy a better Printer!

Black smudges when printing color pages

This printer is just what I need with the exception of the occasional black smudges on color pages. Seems to happen more often now I've had the printer for nine months.

Not the Best Epson

I normally think EPSON printers are the best at least until I purchased this model. It is more difficult than any other to use. When trying to print labels it thinks I want to print a CD. It's just not as easy as others before. I would try another model the next time.
