Initial wireless setup is not as user friendly as you would expect. You will be up and printing from un-boxing to printing photos in about an hour. Still working on trying to scan photos to a PC without having to use the USB connection (cable not provided...). Provided software for Scan install keeps failing to load. It could be a case of Windows 10 conflicts, but will continue to try and resolve the issue.
Otherwise the prints are excellent, even the photos are great considering this is a all in one printer. Perfect for a small home office.

Everything I Expected from Epson and More

As a small business owner who designs and sells prints for a living, I was in the market for an Epson printer because they are known for their excellent photo quality. After test driving this new printer, I am nothing short of THRILLED with the quality! The set-up was so easy! Finally a wireless printer that is actually WIRELESS! I highly recommend it!

OK, but not terrific

Not as fast or robust as WorkForce model I had before. Set up was more complicated than it should have been. Can't seem to modify default settings without going through MS Word...you have got to kidding!

So Far So Good

I've only had my printer for about a month. It was relatively easy to install. I have two computers and 3 iphones that work with it, and, again, it was easy to figure out. We get a lot of use out of it since my 14 and 12 year olds use it quite a bit for school. So far its been very reliable. The only problem is that it doesn't start up on its own once it goes to sleep. But, its not a real big issue. Overall, it's working perfectly for our family of 3.

I just purchased this printer. It was so easy to setup and connect to my wireless connection. Connecting it to my Apple computer was also easy. The quality of the text was excellent. Also my photos were also great. I love it.

Bought the XP820 mainly for printing DVD and Blu-Ray covers. This printer performed flawlessly in wireless mode to print very sharp full color images on the Blu-Ray Disc itself. Highly recommended! Price is good, too,
