Excellence Photo Quality

We have 8 Grandchildren who are very active. They participate in multiple sporting events and so there are always opportunities to take pictures. The printer provides great quality prints and we can print right after the activities and put a copy in the Grandkids hands .
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's my 1st Epson and I have to admit it was one of the easier set ups I've done still having a little trouble setting for the scanner guess I'll have to look at the manual now

Best & Easiest Set-up EVER!

This is my first Epson Printer purchase. I had been using another printer brand, but after tossing out my 5th printer, I decided to make a change in brand. Wish I had done this sooner!! Set-up was a breeze and although I didn't get a full User's Manual in the box, the Help features (during Setup) answered all my questions. Can't wait to start using it!!! :)

So far, appears to be great little printer. However, insufficient instructions i.e. fails to adequately explain what to do to set up. Very poor. Just bought this machine today and just set it up.

We are missing the setup CD and instruction book.
This is not good for a first time experience.
Seems like a nice printer though.
Please contact us about getting the cd and setup and user guide.

Paper handling limitations

Printer does everything asked of it for which it was intended. However, I have a small form that will not feed. The custom settings do not allow for a form shorter than 5 inches. Mine is 3.5 inches. It will feed turned 90 degrees, however the software I use will not print correctly due to its built in presets. I wish Epson had supported the smaller dimensions in width that would allos the form to be used in this printer correctly.
I'mgoing to reformat the form, but this is an additional expense.

Great Printer

I have finally found a great printer to print my photograph's. The XP-820 is doing the job. I have not finished setting up the wireless part just yet, but I am confident it will work just fine. I would recommend this printer to any one who is printing photograph's and also scanning them to your photo albums. It really is a fine printer.

You can't ask for an easier setup than this. It was amazingly fast. I've owned several printers and by far the Epson Expression Premium XP-820 is the best there is. Thank you sooooooo much Epson !!!!!
