I am impressed with the Epson XP 820 printer. It was easy to set up and easy house with an IMac computer. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding printer that does not take up a lot of room.

Easy to set up, excellent print quality, compact size and retractable printed copy holder are the qualities that make this a very useful printer. Also a good value for the money.

About all I can say right now is I like it. I just got it set up partly on Monday the 5th of January, finished setting up the next day. Did a little printing then from my Word program and then did a couple of CD's and DVD's with the pictures and printing that I wanted on them. Had some problems getting the diameters, inside and outside set correctly because the directions I went by did not make it to work right at all. I finally used my own thoughts of following the older printers that I have had and got it corrected. It now works like a charm. I use CDs and DVDs about all the time in my work. I will say that I think you had a better setup on the Artison 810 than you got on this one. I do not like having to take the tray out, install a CD or DVD in it and then slide it back into machine myself. Takes to much time and effort to do. I prefer the automatic way, it was much more simple and saved time. Overall it printed great and will work great when I get used to the extra time it takes. That's all from me,

Easy to set-up and use. Love the wireless ability to print from my phone, Ipad, and laptop from anywhere in the house. Prints great quality photos!

I love my new printer. My only suggestion would be a larger capacity paper tray.....250 instead of 100 sheets.

This printer is excellent. The compact size lets you place this in small areas where space is not available, nice. I love the paper feed/feeds,(3). Print quality is excellent. and of coarse the capability to print on blank dvd/cd's Epson hit a homerun with this printer.

So far I love it. Much better print quality than my last printer, ink is much cheaper, very easy set up and operation. And of course it takes up much less space than my old one!!

I've had it 2 weeks and used every feature it has except faxing and it has worked flawless. It was extremely easy to set up. Well worth the money.
