OK Printer

it is an OK printer and seems to work well enough, but it is not very well built. It seems chinzy and has some poor design elements, such as having to manually pull out the paper tray before it will print.

Epson XP 620

as of right now I am totally frustrated with this printer. I find the instructions on the printer itself confusing and not very useful. A download of the user manual proved equally unsatisfactory. I have tried to find out how to improve the print quality, I cannot find a way to enlarge the print to make it more readable and so on and on.
To be fair I must admit that I am a Senior and therefore not as tech savy, but I have had numerous printers during my business years and since then and I have always managed to get done what I needed.
I purchased the printer because I wanted to reduce the number of cables and thought WiFi would be the way to go. But to be completely honest, I have regretted this purchase since day one. I thought I might be able to come to terms with the confusing instructions, but , alas, every time I try to use the printer, by frustration increases.

I've had my printer for just over a month and so far it is working great. It's not expensive, light in weight and fairly easy to set up. There are trays to deal with in using and opening and closing for use but for the limited printing I need, it works. Have not tried photo's yet. I liked that it came with some ink, ready to go. Replacement ink which I bought with purchase of printer is expensive. (to me)

Easiest Set Up Ever (Compatible with Windows 10)

This was the easiest and best installation of a printer I have ever experienced! Fast, simple instructions to set up the printer and WIFI. I was amazed! Wasn't sure this would be compatible with Windows 10, which I recently installed on my laptop that I use with this printer, but VOILA! I was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend this product to anyone running Windows, not just Windows 10!

I love this printer. We originally set out to purchase a different brand but found this one on clearance for a super low price. I'm so glad we chose this one as it was so easy to set up. Just turned it on and within a few minutes I was printing from my phone and my laptop. So far I've printed, scanned and copied with no problems, at all. Smooth, quiet and quick with nice color. The printer, itself is also looks good. Not bulky at all. It's a nice, compact design that doesn't take up large amount of space. Touchscreen works perfect. I have not had the chance to print photos but am sure i wont have any issues. I noticed another review said ink was expensive but we priced the ink before we bought and It's actually no any more expensive then the other brands so all in all we are very pleased with this product and I would recommend it to anyone. I use it for personal and business printing daily or, at least, every other day.

Over Complicated unite

I had The Artisan 700 was great till the ink overflow was full. I cleaned completely and reinstalled the "permission" code which was working about one day. Did it several time then I give up and purchased the XP 620.
The XP-620 smaller and cheaper construction, all the trays so tin and fragile. Now about 4 hours to install the direct or WI-FI printer capability but going in circle. All in all it is so over complicated and institutions are not really useful at all. If and when I finally get it right then I will add the steps to get it work on WI-FI and or direct printing scanning.

So far I have had no problems with this compact machine, which is perfect for a home office with little space. Only 1 paper jam ( my fault) unlike previous HP product which did it regularly. Directions pretty clear, setup easy. Photos the only caveat, the colors are not as clean as I would like.
