Epson customer service rocks

I bought my xp 620 2 yrs ago and it's still alive and kicking. More than anything due to my lack of technical knowledge I've had to call customer support more than a few times and they have been kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Buy the warranty it's worth the cost the only glitch is that you need help getting it back and forth from grayscale only.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'd say it's feature are lacking in options...you don't have an options for iron on and printing on textiles.

Fabulous machine for the price

I purchased this machine about two years ago to replace my older Epson, which died. I print hundreds of photos and create greeting cards. This printer has excellent colors and renders my photos for the greeting cards with brilliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Know before you buy

I didn't realize when I bought this that all printing would cease when just 1 color of ink is out. Apparently black is printed by combining M/C/Y underneath; so if even one of these colors is out, you cannot print anything (even just black text, & even when you still have a full "Photo Black" ink cartridge.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
