Printer has been working flawlessly since purchase. Feature disliked is the necessity to manually open slide out tray to receive printed material. I worry that it will fail in short time.

Almost perfect

I just got my X620 installed and I'm pleased with everything except the over-sensitivity of the control panel. It is very easy to make an incorrect selection because the slightest touch activates the control. I imagine I'll get used to this and may take to breathing on the controls instead of trying to touch them. Epson has been and still is my vendor of choice for printers and scanners. They'll really have to mess up for me to go another direction.

This Epson xp620 was extreamly easy to set up. GREAT! printing quality, and well built.
I have been a EPSON user for years and this model is my favorite so far. I am even going to buy a second one for home.

The perfect printer for me

It was so hard to find a printer that will print on CD and produce quality photo prints. This is exactly the printer I was looking for. It has everything I needed in a printer. I hope it continues to work as it currently does.

The printer was very user friendly, easy set up. Printer quality is excellent for what I need it to do at home. The only thing I would want changed would be either a full touch screen or tactile buttons.

Excellent printer from printing documents to photos.
I printed 4x6 and 5x7 pictures so far and the picture quality is awesome. The wireless is absolutely the best!
