The product was a bit difficult to bring it on line, instructions for Mac installation was opaque. It has performed up to my usage requirements since installation has been done. I haven't done any scans yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used an Epson RX500 for the past 10 years with no problems. From what I've seen of the XP620, I'm sure I'll be very happy with it.

First time through, would not connect. Problem was apparently with "Initialization" It just said start BUT nothing happened. Shut it off and then on and it went fine.

JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX. SET UP WAS VERY EASY AND VERY INTUITIVE. PRINT QUALITY LOOKS GREAT. EASY TO USE.

Missing Some Key Things

The software does not let me print an image that is more than 1 page without cutting it off, or shrinking it. What?? Wireless feature does not work, I have to always connect to a hard wire. Set up is NOT intuitive. But it prints very fast and very well so far. Iron out the bugs - this is 2015.

Less quality than I expected.

I purchased this on the Apple website when I purchased my new iMac. The copies and prints are good. But the scanner will not work with my new iMac according to window pop ups. not listed in the compatible operating systmes.
I would have never purchased it if I knew the scanner would not work as well. Apple should NOT be selling it for their Macs on their website either!!
I would not recommend to any of my Apple friends.
