you get what you pay for. It was good at first, but now the quality if terrible. Can't get rid of the printer lines even after cleaning heads and system. Terrible. Would not buy again.

Nice printer, but poor set up instructions

The instructions for setting this up are poorly written where the average person would be frustrated and return the printer to the store before they even tried to use it. Haven't had it long enought to rste it yet, but it seems OK so far.

So far, so good. The quality of this printer is great. The photos are pristine. My only complaint is that it is a little slow to start when printing documents, ect. and sometimes I have to tell it to connect to the wifi, which I find annoying. But the quality makes it worth it.

After trying several methods to get the scanner to talk to my Dell computer, I gave up and hired an IT tech to help. After 2 1/2 hours, he came to the conclusion that the scanner software could NOT talk to the computer's Windows 8.1 program, contrary to what was printed on the program disc. The fix was to use Microsoft's scanner program, which enabled me to use my old Epson scanner. I returned the Epson equipment to the dealer for full refund.

I fund your instructions very difficult and frustrating to understand, even the pictures were difficult to see and understand and there are still things I'm not sure how to do.

Beware of router specs

I am returning this printer because it will only work wirelessly on a 2.4MHz system. I have a Mac with an AirPort router with 801.1ac specs (5MHz). I cannot connect. Otherwise, this looks like a beautiful printer. Does CDs, DVD and seems to be able to do beautiful glossy print pictures. I really like the prospect of capabilities of this printer; I just wish it would communicate on 5MHz network.

This is a good a great printer and what makes it even better is that it uses the lower cost multi-cartridge ink. The only complaint I have (and I have not dug into the manual yet) is that it wants photo paper when I print a photo. Sometimes I like to print proofs but this assumes photo paper and wants it loaded into tray number 2.

I have found this printer to be slow in comparison to other printers I have owned apart from being hard to set up. The only good thing about it is the fact it turns out good photos(eventually)For that reason I give it 3stars otherwise it would have been one.
