Very bad printer

I buy new printer today use time very much for setup
and cannot print &Copy
and cannot print &Copy

This is my third Epson printer and the only reason i purchase Epson is that it gives me the capability of printing on a CD. The first printer i had XP-810 went bad on me but was still under warranty so i received a new one, the second one kept printing lines in the pictures, cleaning the heads did no good. My third one is the XP-620 and the first picture i printed had lines in it already so i cleaned the heads and it printed without lines but now it is starting to get them back again. This will be the last Epson printer i ever purchase and i will not recommend Epson to anyone!

Unless the functionality of the program can be brought up to advertised standards by computer technicians, I will return the printer to you.

Too expensive to operate

The printer performs well. However, the toner cartridges are small and costly to replace.

My first Epson! Purchased for high reputation and credibility - price couldn't be beat - specifications and features are top notch. Incredibly easy to set up on my Wi-Fi network. Print quality is excellent. It's like going from a Chevy Aveo to a Cadillac!
