good experience at Office Max with sales girl,also bought chair,,and school supplies,,,,when at home the installation went smoothly,,,no problems so far,,,,,,lets see how this machine lasts with just infrequent use,,,,,,,,,

Epson XP 620 Printer

Compact printer/scanner/DVD print option that is compact and after being acquainted with the various procedures to accomplish each function .. is very trustworthy. Separate black ink cartridges for normal printing and photographs are an extra feature to this reliable printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

a good little printer

the only problem I have had was figuring out how to put paper in the tray as I had to remove one of the trays to do it - it was rather confusing as the instructions were not clear how to do it. Other than that I do not have any complaints. This printer and scanner work great!

Prints on Both Sides? When??

When you get the printer not to jam up in the middle of a print job. Whenever I print on both sides of paper, we always get a jam and this is not only a nuisance but the report had to be reprinted or at least from where it jammed! I have purchased several of these printers, college bound kids, home..it is great for small jobs but more than a couple of pages...no and Photos..No Way!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
