one confusion

I bought my XP-620 a while ago and had some issues with connectivity when I'd print. I just found out that you NEED to install the drivers from the CD, I just plugged it in and connected to my wireless network so that was my problem, A sticker or something would have been nice

Paper trays

Epson should label their trays so the average user knows what the instructions are trying to tell us (me). The illustrations do no good. So the top tray needs to be labeled "PULL OUT" in white, so I know how to get my printer to work. I kept pulling the wrong tray out. Keep it simple for people like me who are not real tech savvy.....Also state in the Start Here instructions that this is not a touchscreen. My other printer was, so this was also very confusing. Thanks.

I have had the hardest time with set up, I always have to reconnect its going back. Sorry that's how I feel, I am so disappointed

having difficulty getting computer and printer to communicate wirelessly. both say good internet connection. still working on it. third person to try in 2 days

Guide materials are terrible

Spend a little more money on the installation guide.Installation would be a lot easier with larger clear illustrations. You realize that products that are all black are make it hard to see where various features are. For example how hard would it be to make the lift for the scanner to more visible. Take a look at quick guides that come with new cars.

cannot get printer to work. keeps saying to install cartridges correctly. blk was in wrong slot but otherwise carts. have been reinstalled 3 times. still won't work. spending 3 hours to seet up a printer is very cost uneffective.

The printer was fairly easy to install, however, I had to use the USB cable to get it to print. I have not yet figured out how to get the wireless part to work.
