Poor service

Bought this printer about seven months ago and have used it sparingly. I purchased it for some pictures and occasional desktop work. Now it will not take a page and just sits there and clicks. The error message says it is out of paper. I took it to where I purchased it and no help. So I am stuck with purchasing a different printer because this one won't work and I find anyone that can help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer reduces everything in a document when it prints. A document with a font size 11-12 prints prints a document with font size 8-9 - very hard to read. This applies to pictures as well as text. I'm ready to dump it.

I've wasted 4 day trying to print a CD label.
Starts to print and then tells me the tray is loaded incorrectly.
This is the worst printer I've ever had.

BACK-UP PRINTER

I HAVE A EPSON XP-600 PRINTER THAT I PURCHASED APPROX 2 YEARS AGO AND IS STILL IN USE. THE XP-600 WORKS SO WELL I PURCHASED THE NEWER VERSION XP-620 AND PLAN TO USE IT IF AND WHEN THE THE OLD MODEL XP-600 FAILS. I FEEL VERY GOOD ABOUT THE 600 SERIES PRINTERS AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE I HAD A REPLACEMENT WHEN I NEEDED ONE. THE FIVE STAR RATING REFLECTS THE XP-600 PRINTER BUT I AM SURE THE NEW XP-620 WILL RATE THE SAME RATING WHEN I PUT IT IN USE. THESE ARE GREAT PRINTERS AND USE VERY LITTLE INK.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the poorest printers I have ever used. It would not save and the installation was time consuming and not user friendly.

The instructions that came with this product are the worse I have ever encountered. I have had to guess at most everything. I still have not gotten the printer to work right. I will give it one more try then back it goes. Who are the idiots who wright these instructions

Installation setup

I bt printer yesterday and have spent 3 hours trying to get it setup. Nothing happened when I put cdrom in computer. I went online to epson and downloaded recommended stuff. I don't know if printer is setup. Idid not get a selection screen so did not select connection mode (wireless or usb). I suspect I did not do the installation properly but don't knowwhatelse to do now. Ken

easy to use, i printed some pictures using hp advanced photo paper. I'm very impressed on the quality of the printing. The photos look like they were done by a professional.
