Previous experience needed?

I am new to wireless tec and scanners. It took a while and I am not sure just how but the printer will now work wirelessly but I have not had much luck with the scanner. I was able to scan with the scanner but the printed results were disastrous and I have yet to scan and send anything to the computer...
I would recommend this to a friend!

i returned product to store because i could not download the software for my laptop. it kept failing to download and i do not have internet at home so it's useless for me. i didn't see that internet was required on the package when i was purchasing it.

Bad out of the box experience

Putting this in short words: the initial test page didn't print correctly
The blue of "EPSON" work looked pink-ish
The "black" letters looked pink-ish
Goods:
Wi-Fi set-up was smooth

I'll contact support to see what is required, but as I mention, bad out of the box experience.

Horrible, Horrible Horrible, bad design, not intuitive at all. Broke within 60 days of purchase. First time buying an epson, and it will be my last.

Watch Out

This is the most difficult printer to get organized that I have every had. Directions are terrible. Product seems to be okay but getting to the point of actually printing something was a joke.

I had trouble installing the modem password on the screen of the printer. That is not self explanatory or automatic.

And sometimes it doesn't. And even though I've registered the product twice, it keeps prompting me to do it again with windows I cannot close. This is definitely not my favorite printer.
