I purchased my Epson Expression Premium SP-620 Printer about a month ago and really love it. I like the fact that there are 2 black cartridges... one for regular printing and one that prints with the colors... and the yellow cyan and magenta are very crisp and clear ( no more lt & regular cyan & magenta.. just one of each)... easy double sided prints... all automatic (when 2-sided is selected)...no more turning the paper over. You can get extra help doing things by putting in Epson XP-620 & question you need help on... Overall... I am really satisfied with the printer and would recommend it...

Least helpful instructions for setup that I have ever had to deal with. I am not a tech person, age 66, however I have set up some devices, including a different Epsom printer, but both the text and drawings for this unit only made the installation more of a mystery than a help. Love the product but will not look forward to another install like tne one I just endured. Mark "Ears" Browm

Had the printer a couple of months and so far so good. Easy to set up and easy to use. On the negative side ink is expensive and disappears too fast. Haven't had this printer do this yet but my old Epson it replaced would require many head cleanings if printer was inadvertently left on over night or a for few days, very annoying! Hope Epson has remedied that quirk.

my brand new wireless printer had to be plugged in

couldn't set it up wirelessly. If I wanted to plug my printer in, I wouldn't have bought a wireless printer!! You should print that on the box so people know what they're getting. If I didn't have to drive 2 1/2 hours to return it i would have done so as soon as it failed to install wirelessly. People want easy and that was anything but. Hopefully the other qualities live up to expectation.

Brand new out of the box and the cartridges are not working correctly. Yes, all in correct slots and seated firmly with a click and a smile!
EPSON, SEND ME NEW CARTRIDGES IMMEDIATLY, WILL BE CALLING YOU TOMORROW.....

I would have preferred a basic guide book with step by step directions on how to print pictures and crop them and preview them. I am an older consumer, and like to see it in print.

Had two issues in the past three-four weeks with my Epson XP-620 Small-in-One printer. 1). Unable to complete process for printing DVD labels and very shortly after e-mailing them my problem, their Technical Support team responded quickly with the correct solution (downloaded Epson Printer Device which somehow my printer did not have). 2). Unable to print addresses on envelopes which I never had problems prior to my DVD labeling episode. Again their Technical Support offered simple instructions to correct the problem. I appreciated the quick and timely responses they provided in these two occasions. L.D.M
