Have been very satisfied with this printer since I have had it for a few months. It has a low footprint on my desk, good quality copies in both normal and draft modes, and has reasonable ink usage. Wouid definitely buy this same printer again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

initial setup

Trying to figure out those pictures was a real pain. I had no idea how or where the paper went in or where it would eventually come out. It was nothing short of trial and error, with lots of errors. Would be nice for a better guide.
I did eventually figure out the paper, but it was time wasted trying to decipher the tray arrangement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installation

Installation instruction not very clear written, and pictures not clearly demonstrated.
There is no cable included for direct connection to the PC, but I did not see where it was indicated until I took out the printer from the box and ready to install. So I had to make another trip to the store to buy the cable.
I just tested making copies, and it seems to be fine...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

why epson xp 620 prints word document with extra lines? It shows extra lines in preview menu, but not in actual document. Unless document is saved in PDF format it prints with extra unwanted lines.
Also it uses a lot of ink =(

Be prepared to buy lots of ink cartridges

You will like the print quality for about the first year, but during that time, you will be investing heavily in ink cartridges. The cartridges simply evaporate ink and eventually the print heads start leaving streaks and misalignments. I will never buy an Epson XP series printer ever again. Be prepared to buy lots of expensive ink.

I gave this printer 4 stars because I haven't used it long enough to say overall how it works. But for the few days I've had it, I can say that I love it!!! The instructions are easy to follow for installation and everything works. I was wow by the wireless capability (one of my fav. features), I also like that I can control it from my smartphone, cloud, and/or email. Great product and the print quality is awesome...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Printer Ever

This is without the worst printer I have ever tried to use. When trying to print an envelope, even tho I had told it several times it insisted that I wanted to print a CD, I changed everything I could change and even took the CD tray out trying to convince it that I did not want to print a CD. My time is worth a lot more to me than to spend hours telling the monster the same thing and getting no results.

Output Tray!

Finally got this printer set up only to receive error message 'open the output tray' Done this a hundred times. Horrible Cannot find the error code anywhere!
