Ink guzzler

This printer prints nice, it does two sided and wi fi was easy to set up....BUT I have bought so much ink that I am trying to find another printer so I can trash this one.

Never again

Standard b&w cartridge was out of ink after approximately 100 copies. The color cartridges were out of ink soon after that and I hadn't even printed any color copies. Wireless setup was a complete failure. I could go on, but I refuse to spend anymore time dealing with Epson.

Extremely difficult to install -- installation instructions unclear as are the pictures as to where parts are located. Hope it works better than this installation of 3 hours took.

nice printer, when it works

Do not buy this printer for three reasons: the printer will not print at all (even in grayscale) if any one of the inkjet cartridges is low, including (e.g.) the photo black when the regular black is full (and vice versa). 2. It disconnects itself regularly from the wireless network, requiring manual management of the network from the printer itself and lengthy print delays of 25 minutes or more for no stated reason. 3. the customer review function attempts to block negative reviews.

Excellent Printers!!

We have owned and used Epson printers since 1997. They have worked for us without any glitches or hiccups! our new 620 works like it is supposed too! I installed it without any problems on our wireless network and love the colors!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so easy software install

The printer is fine as printers go, just make sure that you are ready to load more ink. It seems that there is only enough ink in the carts to fill the system and print 5 pages. the software install is BAD. Best thing to do is download the software and install before you unbox the printer. Then after you have loaded the ink, then try to have the printer found wirelessly. It took me 3 tries for it to hit. Due to lack of available memory on my cell phone, I was unable to load the software to see if it would print. Have not tried the scanner or doc feed as of yet.

The instructions are terribly inadequate.
It took me forever to find the "Output Tray" that receives the printed paper.
A more comprehensive "Getting Started" set of instructions would be helpful.

Stopped feeding paper after 6 months

Printer worked fine (expensive ink but expected) for 6 months. Paper stopped loading, just makes clicking sound as if attempting to load paper but doesn't pick it up. Unable to find any guidance/meaningful troubleshooting online so currently the printer just an expensive dust collector and I have to print elsewhere. Have submitted ticket to Epson
