Needs more power

I needed a printer. This one was the right price and the right size for my space. This printer wastes ink. I believe it drys up. The first ink pack didn't last more than 4 months. I brought the first replacement, it has not lasted. It prints very nice and works as it should...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a great printer. The size is perfect for home use. My one and only complaint would be that the printer could hold more paper in its tray. Other that you can't beat this printer.

The Epson XP-620 is by far the best ink-jet printer
I have owned! It is small and compact and yet it provides all the options you would expect in a much larger printer. Another great feature is the low cost of the unit and replacement ink cartridges.

I have two of these printers and they are my workhorses. They are fast and produce excellent photo prints. Ink consumption is not bad either.

Very satisfied with the Epson Xp 620.
I've used it for four months now. There are a few quirks to mention to help others. During setup an error message was incomprehensible. It turned out there was more packing tape on the ink head. Once identified, ( with no help from website and error #) set up proceeded well. When changing ink cartridges, DO NOT remove or insert them until cued on the screen or it will indicate it does not recognize the ink. So proceed slowly, following the cues. It is an annoyance that the tray needs to remain extended to be able to print. Overall satisfaction.
