Terrible Mac instructions for setup

The setup process for the Mac is awful. Why would you send people to the Internet to download files without any directions. Terrible. When I purchased a Brother and LexMark, the install wizard for both the PC and Mac, which I own both, were awesome and easy to install. I had no clue what I was doing with my mac install. I wasted about 2 hours trying to figure out how to do it. You need better instructions for people. Good grief, we aren't all printer or computer wizards. Not happy with your process.

The Expression Premium XP-620 was purchased to insure I had a quality printer available during closing on a real estate buy, preparation of complex personal tax returns and relocation of family primary residence. It handled these tasks well. However, when relocation was completed and connected to a different desktop it has been troublesome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am not a computer wizard but I installed this printer without assistance I was professionally prepare for the uninformed. My 3rd printer and love each one.
