This product has more than I expected and will ever use at this stage.

I bought this printer because the printer I had would not except ink cartigdes any more. The prvious printer was an Epson and apart from the unexception of ink cartridges I had no trouble scanning and printing (it was easy to use). I did have a little trouble trying to get this one installed, it wasn't till I registered the printer that the down load worked, I put the supplied disc in and wasted a lot of time trying to get the disc to load the printer onto my computer infact it was a total waste of time as it just didn't work, it may be because I have an older computer but it was very frustrating as I needed to print and scan documents for job applications. that is why I had to have a working printer right away. As it is it is 12 days later before I got it going and had to make other arangements with documentation. For improvement for other purchasers I'd definately get the disc loading thing happening a lot bettter as not everyone has internet to down load the softwear and there are still older computers out there like mine and not every one can afford to upgrade especially as in my cercumstance, as ineed a computer and printer to organise job applications to get a job but don't have a job and enough money to upgrade my computer, buying the new printer was stretching my resorces to the max as I hadn't worked for so long.
I would recommend this to a friend!
