In regards to the Epson XP-620 I chose it for lots of good reasons... Ease of installation, quality of product (never breaks down), the quality of photos and scan documents are heaps better than other brands. It is so reliable, I've had major brand printers that struggle to last 12 months but Epson build better quality parts particularly in the all important gears & mechanisms that work every day... love the software and arty stuff that you can do with photos/drawings, it looks great on my desk and I love the price! Thanks Epson...

After my old printer died,I decided to try a different manufacturer and don't regret it. The XP-620 does everything I require efficiently and with quality, especially photo printing. The reason I can not give an overall excellent rating are the fiddly trays and that the output tray needs to be manually extended. This is only minor and does not detract too much from a fine MFP.

Without a doubt this printer (XP-620) has been the hardest and most frustrating piece of equipment I have ever purchased. From the very start when I tried to instal the ink cartridges the wrong way round simply because the illustration was totally inadequate. To where I an now with my lap top up and running after 5 hours and my desk top still unable to connect to the printer. I only purchased this printer because I have had a hard wired Epson for the past 6 years and I just wanted to update so that I could go wireless and then give the old printer to my son. I might add that I am 78 years old but still quite used to computers etc.

I had Artisian 725. So when I finally wore it out I wanted another that could do scanning, photos. cd's. double sided etc. This one is a reasonable price and although it is a little more compact and fiddly to change from one process to another, the results are so good it is worth it
