Installation was a breeze until I got to the paper loading. It has in the direction that there is tray one and tray 2. I could see 2 trays. Kept getting a "paper not properly installed" error. Then, low and behold, I found a 3rd tray at the very bottom of the printer - not mentioned in any of the diagrams!! Then everything worked like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor performance. Multi Cartridge is irritating. Networking is spotty. Scanning capability is unreliable

I have just purchased my first epson printer and it had the most hassle free installation process I've ever encountered. Directions are easy to follow with clearly illustrated step by step instructions. So far I have nothing negative to say. The longevity of the product remains to be seen but it gets five stars out of the gate for user friendliness, functionality, features, compact design, and bang for buck. Best printer for this price range I've seen. Highly recommend this product.
Some bullet points.
-Ergonomic design. Front loading for easy access. Power cable has a cutaway slot to allow for printer to be pressed flat against the wall, saving on desk space. It is also relatively slim and shallow for a printer with so many impressive features (ex. cd tray printer, scanner etc.)
-Responsive touch screen
-Easy installation
-Wireless. I encountered no connectivity issues
-sufficient print speeds
-High resolution print quality
-Perfect for home office application. Not a high output machine.

Hard to work with, very small openings and lack of rear paper load. Not very user friendly.

I wanted a wireless printer and also I occasionally print photos. This is a very good photo printer-it is just as good if not better quality than photos printed at a retail store, depending on the type of photo paper you use.
I did have trouble in the initial set up because the instructions were not very clear about the different trays Epson printer has. I went online to the Epson website to get it figured out. Other than that, it was fairly easy to install this printer.
I've had it for 2 months and am having to buy more ink, though I haven't printed much off. Maybe the original ink cartridges didn't have as much ink...
I'm happy with my purchase.

Budget friendly, easy to master, lightweight, fits on my home desk top wonderfully, reasonable ink supply prices. Love it!

I currently own 8 printers, not counting the many I have retired. The XP-620 produces by far the best photos. The print-on CD/DVD label function is fantastic.
