great but everything went well no problems

easiest printer i have ever hooked up ,wireless work so good it almost did not need me.almost to perfection. small adjustments or request not real problems (1) no back or delete key when entering wireless pass code,requires reentering the whole code (2) no picture to explain;pull out the paper exit, out put tray, not shown in any photo removed from advertizement photo? (3) during firm ware update told to turn power off and on ;should say on the printer / then click start on the computer. thank you this printer works great we even printed from our cell phone!,(4) should be easy way to print from tray 2 8X10 photo,keeps going to tray 1 photo,no 8X10 Thank you we both like this printer very much and recommend it to any one. save the caps for storage and transport of the ink ? if not using the printer for a period of time is it worth capping and for how long? thank you ed butler

Set up procedure was not user friendly, loading paper is bothersome and I'm not happy with the quality of my 8 X 10 photos even though your claim to fame is "outstanding, exceptional photo printing"

ease of set-up

While 90% was easy to follow, there was confusion about whether to use the usb cable or not (part 6 line 1.) While not perfectly clear (good luck understanding the pictures) I did follow the directions and THE PRINTER WORKS! There are extras at the end and suddenly I was told to "install the printer" all over. There are a couple of redundancies like that. Also, I am not sure when to remove the CD. I guess if I do and am not supposed to, it will tell me - again!

Love it so far

Let me start by saying I've had my last printer for over 10 years. It was definitely time for a new one. I kept putting it off because printers look so complicated now - all the features to choose from, set up, trying to find sale, etc. Finally went and got a new one and love it. It was literally so EASY to set up. I read other reviews so I was worried it would be difficult. I followed the instructions and it probably took 10 minutes. Including wifi printing. I can print from my MacBook laptop, iPhone & iPhone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer. Beautiful pictures. Easy set-up. Can't beat the price. Would highly recommend the XP-620. Bought especially for pictures and we are totally satisfied.

Cumbersom and glitchy

Does not wake from sleep mode and cannot turn off sleep mode. Frustrating.
Have to raise control panel and pull out a tray to have printed items come out. Ridiculous
Wireless connection drops frequently without cause. No other equipment connected have that problem. Irritating.

Good thing it was inexpensive
It does print ok when you can get it to do so.
Would not recommend and would not buy again. Yes, I am a customer who is now frustrated, irritated and find the output tray ridiculous at best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
