I'm a dinosaur and this new printer with its features and what not's especially lack of full descriptions and telephone #'s to call for help made me ready to return when I first bought & tried to setup (was deceivingly easy & successful). I stuck with it and glad I did. It does a lot of things and makes life really easier. I would recommend it and to add some patience to dinosaurs because it does a lot of the setting up for you.

I love this printer. A little complicated at first, but now no problems. It works great, everthing comes out perfect. And I love the automatic 2 sided printing for large documents. I read some bad reviews before buying but took a chance anyway, so glad I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer is small enough to fit nicely on my desk, reasonably easy to operate, makes good fast copies. Everything I need. Price is right also.

Nice printer with only one drawback that I have found. It goes through ink much faster than I was lead to believe and ink is on the pricey side.

Easy Set Up, satisfied customer...

My daughter has the Artisan model. I determined the XP-620 was suitable for my needs; primarily for printing graphics and photos. Size was also a factor in my decision. Set up was straight forward and the printer was up and running in no time. Not sure if anyone has mentioned before, but I was equally impressed how well the unit was packed in the box.
