gets me upset just purchased ink last machine soon after installed new ink tracking paper went bad, tried best to line up paper but after using 200 sheets gave up. Had very important invoice for work completed for client was leaving out of town & could not print I am very upset, as we create outdoor living space (why I like Epson resz) for birds butterflies & nature to recover we don't operate at big profit then had to go out & buy new machine not right
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have another Epsom printer/scanner located in Grass Valley, CA not the same model and am satisfied with it. This one I bought on sale in La Quinta, CA and have not been able to print envelopes. I need this PC/Printer combination for word processing because of a physical hand writing problem. I have not located adequate instructions for printing envelopes so can't use the printer for this purpose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy setup

Setting the printer up was a breeze - all of it was mostly self-explanatory, although I had a little difficulty locating the output tray. The software setup was totally self-directed and required very little input from me. Let's see how long this printer will last!

Very confusing manual for first time set up

It took a few hours to finally get the practice page to print. I also may have broken the cd reader by trying to insert the thing where it wasn't intended?

Difficult/Failed Set-up

The instructions for set-up are unclear and when finally figured them out the set-up failed. The paper trays are difficult to use. VERY disappointed.

Good Design

I've used Epson printers in my office and needed a new printer for my home so Epson was an easy choice. I find them reliable, well designed, and simple to use. I often print photos, the individual color cartridges print out a better quality photo and when you run out of a color you replace that color not the whole 3 color cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper tray problems

I frequently change paper. The trays are flimsy and it is it is hard to find the right slot for the trays.
You have to close the paper output tray and screen panel be able to see to pull trays in and out.
Picture print quality is great!
