The oven heats well and evenly, I like having 2 timers, but they aren’t loud enough and take forever to set with only a plus button! The black cooking surface shows every grain of salt and tiny splatter (+ and -, easy to see for cleaning, but I find myself wiping up more than usual). I like the design of the racks- they are easy to grab even with a pot holder on your hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting this set up properly, the stove and oven work great, I even baked at the temp and time instructed on a baking recipe and it came out perfectly cooked. Usually every oven is a little different, but it seems so far this oven cooks at a steady accurate temperature. I have not tried the convection setting yet.
My only complaint is with install, I switched the orifices over to propane and followed the mfg instructions to a T. My burners were still way too hot and simmering was not possible. I read the manual very thoroughly and did not find a solution. Finally, I found online that the burner knobs come off, and there is a small adjustment screw that adjusts the flame height at the lowest setting. That fixed the problem, but I can't believe the mfg wouldn't instruct you to do that, I shouldn't have needed to find the solution online.
Now that everything is set correctly, the stove and oven function well.

As a pastry chef, I love the true temperature of the Professional Series gas range with a 36” oven excellent for cakes and cookies and the convenience of the Professional Series convection oven excellent for cheesecakes. The Professional
Series dishwasher is sleek, just functional and has many choices for a variety of wash and dry options. Beautiful to look at and cook and bake in. I hope to get the refrigerator next to complete the kitchen then it’s bake and bake some more.
