Endless Issues...Stay Away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having been happy finding a stove without the computer screens that melt in the heat of an oven, this purchase has caused nothing but heartache. We are now having our 3rd service visit. Issues: The F-50 Error on the screen - we've had the computer control replaced and we still have this error. The black text wipes off even when using the recommended by Frigidair Cerabryte wipes to clean. Self clean is inadequate. Stove top knobs turn VERY easily and have been turned on by children in the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible design. Huge engineering flaw

Great features but ...

Thankfully there was a warranty

We moved in at the beginning of December 2017 and our oven stopped working mid November of 2018. The range was registered by the store that sold the unit and it was set to expire less than a week from the point that it stopped working. The repair man mentioned that it was a part that habitually has problems and is very well known for malfunctioning. The part in question was the ignitor, both baking element and broiler (never used, actually sold to use with a faulty ignitor from the factory.) I would expect more from the "Professional" series.

Great for telling time...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The title is tongue-in-cheek yet accurately describes the vertical display portion of the range. The indicators, in order top to bottom are; clock, timer and timer. A digital display for temperature is NOT available unless the included meat thermometer is plugged in and that is low temperature, up to 250 degrees-ish. Your temperature is set by the knob on the right. I would have appreciated, at a minimum, a digital display of demanded temperature and actual temp in a range offered in 2018. The manual suggests practicing recipes until I have the feel of the oven. Suffice to say, the lack of digital display feedback in a digital range is disappointing.
The rest of the offering is fantastic. The unit is beautiful. We also bought the matching fridge and dishwasher. The cook top is versatile and easy to clean. The oven works as advertised and the convection feature ups our productivity nicely. Something I really like is the bottom utility drawer, which comfortably fits my collection of sheet pans. Overall, I'm happy with the system and have learned to live with it's display shortcomings though for the money I would have prefered not to have had to.
