Great features, great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi, We picked up a scratch and dent of this model recently, and have absolutely loved it. The griddle is perfect for our Sunday morning pancakes, and the power burner boils water fast but still has great turndown and control for everything else we do. All of the burners produce ample heat (much more than our previous basic stove) and great flame control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sadly waiting on repair parts of a new appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Frigidaire range almost 3 weeks ago and are still waiting on a replacement harness which failed an hour after it was installed. Apparently the manufacturer does not have our part in stock so it's either a reoccurring problem with the item or poor planning on their part .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It can possibly take 7-10 days for the technician to receive any parts once they are ordered. Beautiful range!
