Amazing Gas Range and Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a year ago with the entire professional package for our new home. This range does not disappoint. Out of the five burners all are useful, however the center burner is a bit frustrating. It does not seem to heat evenly, however if you are patient and set the burner to low and allow your griddle to heat up and then give yourself the real flame you want, you can mostly avoid this. The oven is amazing. I just cooked our second turkey in it with the probe. Last year I used convection bake with turkey in a bag. Came out very good. This year I prepped the turkey the same was but used convection roast...OMG holy juicy amazing 12 pound turkey cooked in 1 1/2 hours! Couldn't believe it, we had to eat early, expected it to take 2 1/2 hours like last year. Will be doing again. We would buy it again.

A little annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this range for a month and like it. Very high BTU burners with even heat and love the convection bake or roast feature. Things that are a little annoying are the shallow storage drawer, the timers are touchy to use (having two is awesome though), and it doesn't come with a broiler pan. Great meat probe temperature feature for cooking turkey or prime rib. Overall, I highly recommend this range.

Excellent Versatility
