Great gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as part of my new home and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The style is great with the stainless steel and blacks that make it look great. It also is super functional with 5 burners and the large oven that don’t make cooking out to be a choir. i would absolutely recommend this range to anyone in the market for one. My wife and I absolutely love ours!

Great features but......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the one month ago. Used the oven a few times and until today couldn't figure out what the problem was. Timer would go off and food was obviously not done and oven would be barely warm. Today we tested it and found that oven preheats just fine but after put in food and turn knob to bake, oven shuts off completely.

Based on the details you provided, it does appear your gas valve may need some attention. Also, if you’ve recently converted from natural gas to liquid gas (propane) and the switch wasn't done properly, this may affect your range’s performance.

Great Stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a month ago and the btu on the stovetop is excellent. I can boil water or sauté onions in a fraction of the time it took on my old stove. There is plenty of space for multiple large pots. I am very pleased. The oven works great too! The quick preheat option is my favorite. No more waiting forever for the oven to come up to temp.

Can’t hear timer

Hey, Mdress! We value your feedback. We are saddened to hear that you have lost a few dinners. We would be glad to help. The default (factory) settings for sounds, energy saving, temperature offset, and convection convert are pre-set in the oven control. These may be changed by accessing the user preference display while the oven is in the idle mode and no timers are active. Once the user preference menu is activated, the user can make changes and scroll through a menu of options, choosing from AUd (audible control setting), ES (energy saving), UPO (User Programmable Offset for changing the oven temperature), Aut (automatic convection convert), and dEF (default) setting with rSt reset which will allow all preferences to reset to default settings). You can find information on how to adjust the AUd (audible control setting) around page 15 of your use and care guide attached here.
