Good but lacking

The appearance and features are good. They would be better if the temp was accurate. Based on food cooked and two temp gauges it is off by 50 degrees. Sad for the price and title of professional grade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frigidaire professional gas range

Indeed this is the best gas cooking range we have ever seen. Compares to some of the higher end ranges costing 1000' s more. My wife is in cooking/bakers heaven when using this range. Easter dinner was cooked a la perfection. Can't wait to find a griddle that is compatible. Thanks frigidaire.

Not impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was sold on this range. He did some research and decided he wanted the "Professional' series. We have had the gas range for about 2 years now and it has not impressed me yet. I can seem to get the convection oven to work, (even after the repairman looked at it), the oven shuts itself off after reaching temperature on preheat, the panel only has the oven light, clock, and timer features (which is hard to set unless you have a big thumb that covers the whole area!), it does not read the oven temperature. Would I purchase another Professional Series appliance? I don't think so. Very disappointed.

The texts around the knobs easily come off

Have no idea how any features work

Owners Manual is impossible to understand and my wife and I have no idea how anything works. Cant get convection to work, meat probe wont work, very difficult to keep the black clean, not at all happy
