Needs to work on front knob issues

I do like the way it cooks/bakes food. I have a reservation with front knobs that control the stove top. I’d prefer that if I was to buy another stove, I’d buy one with the control knobs on top. I feel that with the knobs being on the front it can be accidentally pushed to move when leaning over the stove top. I have found this to be true on several occasions. The problem can cause a difference in operating the stove top to either turn on or make a change in heating temperature. I would like to hear a louder timer.

Noisy prone to scratches. Like the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top service is very hard to care for and is easily scratched. Stove was delivered with scratches on top of the control panel. So I have been inconvenienced and had to call the store for a replacement part and am now waiting to have it installed. The stove top is easily scratched so I had to invest in new pots and pans. I have had glass tops before but never have had a stove top that is so easily scratched. The oven is noisy. The timer is not user friendly you have to hold down the + until you get the time you want. Very pricey I should have purchased a stove for half the price. I like the design and it. is the only stove I could find that looked like a slide in. I miss my GE Stove. Would not purchase again and would not recommend.

We understand your concerns. As stated in the Owner's Manual, we recommend buffing the surface of the stovetop with cooktop cleaning cream before first use! It should help protect the surface from scratches and stains. This cream should be used regularly with each cleaning to renew and protect the glass. You may also be able to locate some at your local appliance store!

This is an unbelievable stove/oven

There are so many features and options that you can use to cook any type of food and control the temperature accuratley. We have already recommended this stove to family and friends.

Noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove is attractive for our kitchen. Stovetop works well but hard to keep clean. However, oven is very noisy. It can be heard from other rooms in the house. This is definitely a flaw that Frigidaire needs to correct on such an expensive stove!
