Love the stove top, not the oven

The burners are dependable and powerful. The controls are easy to understand. One small thing: the rubber feet on the grates kept on falling off, so I had to glue them in. As for the oven: I am a baker, so I need to set my temp precisely. Three points: Oven calibration was VERY low when I got it, and I had to adjust it manually. Second: the temp control knob is marked in 50 degree increments, thus setting the temp to 325 or something in between is very difficult. Third: when using the oven for an extended time, it sometimes makes a VERY loud noise, possibly the fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good value ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the look and performance of a higher end standalone, I would give it a 4, except for two items.
1. The all stainless top is pretty, but as opposed to a glass top- is a real pain to keep clean. Buyer beware if you are a true user of the gas top.
2. Oven temp. Have ongoing issues. Simply cannot keep mid temps. anything near 325-350 doesn't stay up, and stays at near 200 degrees. I have to set control to over 400 to get it to heat, then it obviously overheats and it is a yo-yo of burned, suspect or undercooked food. Not sure what to do- stumped.

Love this appliance!

We did a full kitchen remodel and bought all new appliances. We like the simple design, functional elements, gas broiler and easy to clean features. We ended up buying 4 Frigidaire Professional appliances all with straight lines, fingerprint resistant stainless and versatile alaments.

yellow flame in oven burner

I can't see the burner, but the refection light coming down the sides is yellow. Is this normal for 1st time on? will it turn blue?

Beautiful stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We shoped for a new stove for about 2 months. When we finally bought this one, I was so happy. The second night we had it home my family was getting ready for bed. We all smelled gas really bad. We had to open the windows to get the gas out. Someone had brushed up against the dials to turn the burners on and didn't know it turned on. This has happened way to many times on this stove. It's a design flaw that needs to be addressed.

Many issues!

First, the knobs in the front of the oven are so sensitive. If you bump into one even slightly, the stove/oven turns on. Second, the oven makes so many noises when it’s on regular bake mode and not sure why. Third, our blue oven preheat light is non stop flickering even though nothing is on. Fourth, the noises that the oven makes when oven temp is reached or when timer is up is so quiet i almost always miss it which end up burning things. And lastly, once the timer is set, there is no way to add more minutes. You need to turn off and back on again to reset the timer. I am not happy at all. I only love the look. I am working on getting hints fixed. We only had the oven about 2 months now. Very frustrating!

Clean lines

I have now been using the range for over a month and find it excellent. I have gotten many complements from friends and family as to its design. One comment would be to make the shelves slide out easier.

Good Afternoon Moon! To remove your oven rack- Pull the oven rack straight out until it reaches the stop position. Lift up the front of your oven rack slightly and slide out. These instructions can be found in your use and care guide. Once your oven has cooled, rub the sides of your racks with wax paper or a cloth containing a small amount of vegetable oil.
