Looks great heats slow

Great Stove so far. One improvement needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove and it was delivered on November 6th. All of the features and burners are great. One area of concern is the knobs for the burners. They are very sensitive and will turn to the on position with the least little bump. The dog was in the kitchen one day and when we came in two of the burner knobs were on but not ignited.

Great Features but poor service

After moving into our home I realized there was a chip in the over of our range. Contacted an authorized service representative & they indicated that it most likely came from the factory that way and was something that needed to be replaced. I was told that I would be able to use the oven & when I ran the self cleaning function after Thanksgiving I was instructed to remove all the racks before the process would start. After the cleaning process was completed I was unable to put the rack that pulls out back into the oven. so it is sitting in my pantry until someone takes care of the range for me. It has been over a month since an authorized service person has been out to check the appliances but since that time I have had not other contact with them, even with several attempts to recontact them for the status of my claims.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
