would have liked the knobs on top

Great Appliance

We bought our range about a month ago and just got to convection roast a chicken in it today. Very simple using oven probe and cooked perfectly.
Wish it would have come with a broiler pan.

Works well most of time

Have for 5 months. Clock would lose hours of time, to reset I can only go up, it will not let me go down on time. First time using griddle, near the end of use there was a big loud "poof" and the flame turned bright green. Turned it off. If one burner has been on simmer for for some time, the other burners will not turn on. I like the built in vent for oven, the kitchen does not get warm. As for the other problems....will have to call out a technician to see if something needs to be calibrated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The grill/griddle is great. It's very convenient with the middle burners, and I especially like the optional feature of the single burner in the middle if I need that 5th burner. The convection feature does great baked goods, too. The one thing I don’t like is that the knows can turn on when leaned against, releasing gas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am not happy with the glass top. It is VERY difficult to keep clean. Also, the oven is very load when the fan blows.

Hey Haml, thank you for reaching out to us. Here's a helpful tip that I use to keep my glasstop clean: Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning crème directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge, applying pressure as needed. If the soil remains, carefully scrape soil with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30 degree angle to the surface. Remove the loosened soils with cooktop cleaning cream and buff surface clean.

I expected more

I purchased the product in January but did not receive the range until March when my kitchen remodel was almost finished. It took the delivery of 3 separate ranges to get one that was not damaged from the manufacturer. I have used the range for only 4+months and the black on the wrought iron grates it all coming off. VERY disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
