I'm not surprise since I just gave my old one to my nephew that was around 11 or 12 years old and still running perfectly. That's why I bought another frigidaire not just the looks but the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this range for about 6 Weeks and I find it enjoyable to cook and bake on. I am very diapponted in the cleaning of the cook top. It scratches way to easy and is a.ready stained with brown marks around the burners. I fear for what it will look like in a couple months let alone years. This is a big problem and why I would not recommend this stove

Welcome to the extended Frigidaire family, Jome. I hate to hear you are disappointed in the cooktop and cleaning it. When cleaning our Smudge-Proof Stainless Steel we only recommend using mild soap and water, rinse, and dry. You can find more cleaning tips on page 30 of your Owner’s Manual. If the marks are on the burners or elements, we recommend keeping your burner components clean by using a mild non-granular cleaner, such as ammonia or a degreaser. This will ensure that the gas ports to not get blocked. When putting the parts back together, always make sure the burners and caps are level and firmly set in place.
