Loud vibrating noise

Bought this stove a few months and am having it serviced again for the noise!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about 2 month ago and i already had had the service/repair people come 4 times, and they cannot do any further repair since they have done everything Frigidaire had told them to do.
First of all, the very first time i wiped the top part (after installation) the surface scratched so easily that i couldn't believe it. The slide out shelf got stocked and would not come out all the way as it was supposed to.Finally they replaced it with a new complete slide-out mechanism, now it works beautifully.The front panel where the controls are, was loose at the ends, after two visits they were able to fix it.
The 7.500 btu burner makes a big noise when its on high, they changed everything and still makes the noise.
the larger burner, shoots big flame on one side when its on High, it even go on the side of any large pot. I have to use it on medium to low, the burner was also changed but not results.
Beautiful design, great looking range, i did so much research before i bought it, and now i couldn't be more disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SAFETY Concerns!!!

The control knobs for stovetop gas burners have NO safety lock. Adults cleaning stovetop MUST stand acutely aside or with a bump of body the burner flames on! This is Very SCARY and happens frequently in our home with only two adult using this appliance. I can only shudder at the thought of a family with youngsters buying this appliance. The first time it. happened, I called right away to see if this model had been recalled OR a safety
device devised (locked position gear for knobs) to prevent this problem. No, issue not addressed.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. This front-control range is ADA-compliant, meaning it must take less than 5lbs of pressure to turn the front knobs to be accessible to those with limited motion. LOVE this Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this stove. It is so high end for less than most commercial stoves.
It is so stylish and gives the look of a higher end commercial fridge. It also shows NO smudges whatsoever which is also such a plus. It cooks so evenly and heats up quickly. Middle Griddle is awesome for searing steaks. I would HIGHLY recommend this frigidaire range.

Love the look

I love the look and basically the range is great. The cooling fan causes the cook top to rattle. We have already had a service tech out and although we feel better knowing what it is, I think it is a flaw in the design.

Constant issues

We bought our range approximately 2 1/2 years ago. In that time we have had the clock control panel replaced 3 times just to have it not keep proper time. The clock would work for a few weeks then begin to lose time. The third time was right as the warranty finished. Shortly after the warranty expired the broiler stopped working. This stove has been nothing but problems.

Good flame control and it looks great

I bought this a little over a month ago, and it's worked well, except for the initial failure I experienced during it's first use. Unfortunately, that was also Christmas dinner lol. But to be fair, Frigidaire sent out a tech in a reasonable time frame, and it's worked perfectly since. I'm most happy with the flame sensitivity and the feel of the knobs; very responsive and they just feel really solid. I'm not crazy about the interface for the timers, but that's nit picky. This unit does NOT have any sort of timed operation mode, which was something I probably should have checked prior to buying instead of assuming it did. Not a big deal for me, just mentioning it for purposes of completeness
I would recommend this to a friend!
