Great looks but grates sit too high on the burner

I bought the new kitchen set last year. My wife always complained about it taking way too long to cook food. Realized that the grates sit almost 40 mm inches above the burners. I compared it with my relatives stoves (different model) theirs is about 12 mm only. This is a huge flaw in the design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only okay

I've had this stove for two weeks now. Gave it two stars because I like the way it cooks, so far. However, it is so incredibly NOISY when the oven is on, it really diminishes whatever other qualities it might have. The fan in the oven, whether using convection or not makes the whole cook top rattle and shake. No amount of repositioning the grates or the element caps will stop it. I blame the very cheaply constructed cooktop. The noise makes it really embarrassing when trying to entertain. This is not a cheap range to purchase but it sure sounds like one. Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No broil pan and insert

Very disappointed in an expensive oven series that has no broil pan and inset. More disappointed in the attitude taken regarding the complaint.

Frigidaire gas range

I bought a Frigidaire Ptofessional over 25 years ago...this little beauty is stil "gassing" away. The probe had been used gor many s family roast beef dinner, pork and chicken. Many a 25+ pound turkey has been roasted for our family celebratory dinners. We are upgrading to stainless steel from white. We wish the next family all the best on their family meals.
I would recommend this to a friend!
