Looks better than it functions.

I've had my gas range for approx. 7 mos. Looks better than it performs. Cleaning range top is a chore. Removing the 3 Large Cast Iron grates then all the SS range top. I called Support inquiring if burner drip pans are avail.? They are not. Hmmm for a professional range I'd think that would be a given. Oh the cook timer alarm is too quite to be useful. Beeps ONCE! and is quiet. Had to purchase a separate magnet mount timer.

Looks beautiful but........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking stove. So far, it works well but the fans stay on for a very long time after cooking. A little noisy. And as others have mentioned in previous reviews, no temperature indicated during cooking. It’s difficult to get an exact cook temperature. Also, getting the racks in and out is not quite as simple as other ranges.

Qzsue, I hate to hear the concerns you have mentioned here with your range. The fan is designed to run to keep the internal components of your range cool during and sometimes after you have finished your cooking. You may find rubbing the sides of your racks with wax paper or a cloth containing a small amount of vegetable oil. This will make the racks glide easier. Hope this helps!

Terrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the entire set of the professional series for our new home 6 months ago and we are now on the second stove and having our 7th service call on the second one next week. That's if service shows up. They schedule only to not show or even call. I now have 4 boxes of replacement parts sitting in my kitchen waiting for someone to install them. I don't feel we have a new product...we have replacement parts put into a new VERY expensive product. Most recently the stove wouldn't heat to the set temp. Unable to bake the cookies and ended up with a bowl of cookie dough. Several other issues as well.

Very Disappointing

Purchased 4/28/2016. Delivered and Installed 5/11/2016. Found scratches on the stainless steel cooktop. Dealer offered to replace the unit. New unit arrived and it had more severe scratching then the installed one, so I kept the installed one. Went to use the oven and only one light worked. This will be replaced tomorrow. After paying a premium price for this oven I did not need two repairs/problems in two days. Seeing what was to be a replacement so severely scratched it became evident you have a serious problem in your production line! I have my doubts this unit will last after these problems. Very Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

missing delay start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took delivery of this oven the end of August and had read the instruction book several times and could not find how to set the DELAY timer but we had a lot going on with our reno and other family business I really didn't get serious about calling till the middle of October to find out that this top of the line product does not have this feature. I work full time out of town and I would use this 3-4 times a week through the fall and winter months. I am VERY disappointed that I bought a oven that I can only use on the weekends. This is a feature I have always had on my ovens didn't think I had to ask assumed it was a standard feature similar to a clock (it is just there). This is the frist time I bought all top of the line matching appliances and I am so disappointed and I have been told there is nothing I can do. Frigidare put this very basic feature back on all ovens. SO DISAPPOINTED would def not recommend to people who work full time and still want to cook through the week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst stove ever

Bought this oven in September. Very nice looking, after a few issues got worked out, it's performance is now acceptable.
