Cooktop burnets don’t ignite and oven doesn’t cook. After 3 service calls still doesn’t work

Amazing Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks of this range. The burners have higher output than our previous Whirlpool. The grates go all the way to edge, making a larger cooktop for fitting several pots/pans at once. I’ve used the convection bake a few times and it’s a great feature, really crisps up breading.

Burners won't light

After just two years, the burners on the stove top continue to give us problems. At one point or another, each of them have stopped igniting and require us to use a match to light.

Beautiful and Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using it for about a month now. Boils water quicker than any of my old stoves. Love the convection oven. I haven't put it to the true test of cooking 4-5 pots at a time yet, but holidays are coming. Love how it looks too.
Please be aware during installation: the back of the stove is completely flat aside from a 6" tall gap down at the bottom for the gas hook-up. Make sure your contractor/gas guy is very accurate with the placement of the shut off valve, or you will have a stove sitting many inches away from the wall. I'm telling you from experience!

Holtfreter/Hamady Family Loves Their New Electric Range by Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Frigidaire 30" Electric Front Control Freestanding Range was installed days before Thanksgiving this year. As such, we were able to use the convection oven feature to bake our turkey. It worked beautifully! Significantly less time to bake to full completion and the meat was fully cooked but very juicy and, not usually one to enjoy the dried out texture of the white meat, I found the white meat just as enjoyable as the dark meat. Come the Winter Holidays and my wife bakes cookies. Her cookies this year are, hands down, the best she has ever baked! Though thoroughly baked, they are moist and chewy, like professionally baked cookies, and they have never tasted so good. Having read the manual, I am especially impresses by the features of the oven. For example, there is a meat thermometer that plugs directly into the interior of the oven, the other end, of course, inserted into the thickest portion of the meat. In this way, the oven itself monitors the cooking temperature of the meat. We purchased Frigidaire Professional models of your refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, as well. They contribute a beautiful look to our new kitchen - - uniform handles, same stainless steel finish, etc. Quite nice, thank you!
