Great range. Be skeptical of negative reviews.

This is a a great appliance. Simple. Easy to use.
Some observations after reading other reviews.
1. Yes, if you lean against the knobs while cleaning the gas may come on. Don't lean against the knobs!
2. Timer beep is a bit quiet, but the system will beep again to remind you.
3. Fan is very quiet
4. Coating inside the oven is PORCELAIN. Not paint as some have reported. You can't scratch porcelain!
My only criticism is that it would be nice to see the actual oven temperature on the screen. Other than that, it's a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Glide Rack is a nightmare

Love the look of this stove and get many compliments on it. We have owned it for 1 month. I love the stainless steel top. It does scratch easily and you have to cleanup with a very soft cloth DEFINITELY NO PAPERTOWELS on Stainless Steel ever.
Its not without a few flaws though. First off the Easy Glide rack needs to have some specific instructions like DO's and DON'T included in the Owners Manual. 1st off DO NOT place the easy glide rack in the lowest position of the oven, if you have you will have a hard time getting it out (seems the width tolerance of the stove is slightly narrower in this position which makes the rack too tight to be able to remove completely from the oven without having to jiggle the rack from side to side ever so slightly to get it to come out underneath the guides...it you try to pull straight out it won't come out without badly chipping the porcelain inside the oven. The width of this rack is to tight of a fit. 2nd DO NOT try to remove the whole easy glide rack assembly from your oven if your oven is even still slightly hot/warm to wipe your oven down or move rack position...you have to let oven cool completely before the release lever will even unlock the rack and if you force it to release you will dislodge the lever bar from the flat bars attached to the side that actually lock it in place and if you try to move it after that you will have it so badly jammed inside the oven to cause further damage to the porcelain inside. The heat of the oven makes this rack expand...trust me I found all this out the hard way!!!! So take these tips otherwise I love the Easy Glide Rack.
One other issue with ours so far is the bottom drawer will not latch when it is closed. There is a mechanism inside on the tracks that is supposed to catch and hold the drawer in place.
I wish it displayed the oven temperature as it was heating up on the digital panel. I trust its accurate but I have not put a thermometer in the oven to check and see. I also wish the timer beeper was louder and continuously beeped until you shut it off (just because thats how my old oven was). It does give warning beeps that the timer has stopped but if you are in another room it is hard to hear.

We bought the whole Pro line up, love the look of the Range, powerful burners but I wish there would have been a medium burner in the front. I think the grates are too high above the burners. Timer / notification alarm is too soft, needs to be louder. I also wish that the display would show the actual temp in the oven. Oven works great, can't wait to use the temp probe:)

Disappointed

We bought this stove in the last 2 months when we renovated our kitchen. The front of the dual element (on left) heats up very quickly, and then is always on max boil, even when we turn down the heat to low. The other burners are fine. The fan is quite loud. Haven't used all the features yet, as we are still adjusting to the new range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement feet for the grills

I can't seem to find replacement feet for the grills for this stove. The only kit I found has 8 feet but this stove has 12 feet. And the 8 foot kit is more than $50!!!!! This is a ridiculous price for 8 little rubber feet when the originals deteriorated after only 2 years.

Quality not reflected by price

We are seniors and purchased the full line of Professional series appliances (range, fridge,microwave) last year. The glass top on the range is next to impossible to clean, even after purchasing the expensive cook-top cleaner recommended by the sales dept where we bought the appliances. Our old stove had a glass top and there is no comparison in the maintenance of the two. The timers on the range and microwave are also very quiet, making it necessary to have a secondary timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Consistent and proper cleaning is essential to maintaining your ceramic glass cooktop. For light to moderate soil: Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the cooktop. Use a clean paper towel to clean the entire cooktop surface. Make sure the cooktop is cleaned thoroughly, leaving no residue. Do not use the towel you use to clean the cooktop for any other purpose. For heavy, burned on soil: Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a non-abrasive cleaning tool, applying pressure as needed. Do not use the pad you use to clean the cooktop for any other purpose. If soils remain, carefully scrape soils with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30-degree angle to the surface. Not satisfied with the features

I bought this stove in October of 2018 thinking it would be a better product than the Gallery series-I now can admit it was a terrible choice. If this is a "professional" model, I will stay with the Gallery series going forward. The racks on top of the stove are now wearing through the black coating and we've been waiting for replacements. The first set had a crack on one side and had to be returned, the same with the second replacement and the third was the wrong size. The racks also have a disturbing humming sound when the oven is use. My partner and I are constantly re-arranging the racks to stop this incessant bothersome noise.
The oven temperature is out by 10 degrees on the bake cycle and 50 degrees on the convection back cycle. I have burnt so many tried and tested recipes especially around Christmas time which was EXTREMELY costly, time-consuming and frustrating especially since my partner is a professional baker and I have had a dessert catering business for years.
The stainless is too delicate for my liking-it's already showing deep scratches and the centre burner covers are now dis-coloured.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bummed out to learn you are not happy with your appliance.

I hope the following tips will help you get the best performance from your unit during baking.

We recommend not to open your oven door too often. Doing so reduces oven temperature and may extend cooking time. The convection fan will start after the oven has been heating for 6 minutes. It will stop each time the oven door is opened.

If you think your oven is cooking too hot or too cool for the temperature you select, you can adjust the actual oven temperature to be more or less than what is displayed by accessing the UPO (User Programmable Offset). Please review page 27 of your Use & Care guide for further details about the UPO.

I recommend reviewing your unit’s installation guidelines. In some cases, improper installation may cause your range to produce unfamiliar sounds.
