Looks Good and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than commercial ranges I have used in the restaurant business, this is my first gas home range. Oven roasting is very good with the gas convection as compared to electric convection. Burners do have great output but they heat unevenly on high. Commercial ranges have burner holes in the middle as well as the perimeter where this range only has perimeter holes. On high, the flame is to the edges of the pan with nothing heating the middle. I have actually thought of drilling holes in the middle of the burner plates but have resisted. It might balance out the heating area better though. Also, I have not been able to ever get the broiler to work. It lights for about 20 seconds and then shuts off. Also, I am use to seeing a readout of the oven temperature where this has none. Like the easy cleaning of the range top with a nice deep pan for holding spills.

Sleek style, heavy duty functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are pleased with our purchase. I would suggest some function modifications such as making the temperature indicator lights larger, adding a display that shows the actual oven temperature and a way to adjust the volume of the signals.

Do Not Last

We purchased the range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher less than 2 years ago to put in our new home and have had nothing but problems. After using the oven a few times it began to develop an extremely loud buzzing noise whenever it came up to temperature. We have been going back and forth with repairmen on our range for nearly a year now, and this problem still persists. Our fridge also makes a loud rattling noise at times. (These are not your typical quiet humming noises appliances tend to make). And now, the buttons on half of our microwave have stopped working so we are unable to use it. we are extremely disappointed with these appliances and can say with certainty we will not be buying Frigidaire again.

Replaced my 29 year old Caloric range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to quickly replace my 29 year old range. I had some clear parameters in mind - size, gas, as simple as possible to operate. I found one locally that I thought would work. The stove is beautiful to look at! Regular oven works easily. Preheat function is great. Thought I'd thoroughly read instructions for convection roasting Thanksgiving turkey....what should have taken 2 1/4 hours took 4....have only used regular oven since then. The burner knobs spin easily - TOO easily1. I almost set myself on fire while leaning over to wipe off a few drops of water (The burners were not on).....I reluctantly purchased knob protectors. They work very well. Not only keep my grandkids safe, but me as well. I feel this is not a good feature and is, in fact, a safety issue. The burners are all, in varying degrees, VERY powerful. In almost all cases I cook only a notch or 2 above LOW. My other issues involve the finish, which scratches very easily. The installers scratched a tiny bit while removing the YARDS of tape! And several small scratches of mysterious origin since then. Be aware that the cast iron gratings are HEAVY and make cleaning the stove top a little difficult. Am I being picky?? You bet!

Mack daddy stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove as a package with the rest of the Frigidaire professional series appliances and I’m glad I did! This stove is everything. Our Thanksgiving Turkey was perfect with the built in probe, and everything cooks evenly. Looks beautiful in our kitchen. Water boils super fast and I love the extra burner in the middle. Converting our old electric stove to propane was the best decision ever. I also noticed our electric bill went down. You won’t regret this beautiful, functional, sturdy stove.
