Nice stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make sure you purchase installation. It seems to require adjustments to the flames on the burners. I am getting more use to it. The oven timer ring is not loud enough and is not continuous. The oven temperature is not a digital readout.Also the knobs turn too easily, especially if you are leaning up against it. I have had ovens I have liked bettter.

Uh, do I have a lemon on my hands?

Problems...if you do not pay attention or have hearing issues, avoid this product.The alert chimes are awful. Repairman says no solution.
It took 90 minutes at 375 to bake 4 pounds of chicken drumsticks. Recipe called for 45 minutes. I think we have an issue. I increased the temperature 10 degrees by following manual instructions. We are crossing our fingers.

We love our gas stove and convection oven

Only concern is that the distribution of fire isn’t uniform - not sure what the deal is, but has to do with the oven, not the gas.

Hello Ricardo. Prior to using your cooktop for the first time, apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream (available in most hardware, grocery, and department stores) to the ceramic surface. Clean and buff with a clean paper towel. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. The special cooktop cleaning cream leaves a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. We have cleaning materials available for you also to assist with cleaning. Who approved the volume level on the chime ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three days ago and everything is great except one thing is falling very short of being even slightly acceptable The volume level of the timer chime can only be heard if the room is totally quiet And this is when the chime volume is at its highest level UnbelievablE that these are manufactured and sold with such a terrible flaw

I did love it...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this until Thanksgiving when I discovered the oven had turned itself off at some point during the process. It also turns itself off during the broil feature and randomly beeps without telling me why it is beeping. I am disappointed. But I do love the induction cooktop.

Your oven is preset to cook up to 6 hours and to shut off automatically. For longer periods of cooking, this feature can be changed to continuous cooking by setting the user preference and turning the energy saving feature OFF. Please review page 17 of your range’s “Use & Care” guide for further details.
Your oven control panel may beep along with displaying any F or E code error, typically this means your oven control panel may have detected a fault or error condition. To clear the error try to rotate the mode or temperature selector to an ON position then back to OFF. Once the error code is cleared, try the bake or broil function. If the F or E code error repeats, turn off the power to your range, wait 5 minutes, and then repower the appliance. Set clock with the correct time of day. Try bake or broil function again. If fault recurs, press the off key to clear.
Should the above suggestions prove ineffective, please give us a call or reconnect by sending an email to socialcare@frigidaire.com. Our Customer Care Team can be reached via phone by dialing 800-374-4432 and available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-8pm EST.

Scratches easily, no time cook setting.

These were installed in our brand new home less than a year ago. Functionally, it's fine, but at the front of the stove top there is a strip of stainless steel that scratches super easily. There is also a teeny tiny gap between the cooktop and the scratched up steel which gets good trapped in it while cleaning. I'm also disappointed that there is no way to program the oven to turn on at a certain time.
