Easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is now easy to use the internet to research practically every stove offered for sale. I took my time and did just that. I chose the Frigidaire FPEH3077RF for the following reasons:
1) It's easy to use.
2) It looks great.
3) It does everything I want and more.
After owning this stove for about a month now, I have the following reactions:
My old stove was a 32 year old coil top model; so the ceramic top is a new experience for me. So far, it cleans up easily and beautifully. The burner sizes have enough variability for my needs.
As for the oven, so far, I have used it to make a pot roast, some casseroles, and popovers. Everything turned out just fine. Although, this is only a limited set of experiences. I need to try out the convection feature; but that was not a feature important to me, since how can I miss something I never had? I can hear the oven fan that goes on and off, but to me, it is not loud or obtrusive.
Believe it or not, my old stove had a self-clean feature, with all mechanical controls. Nowadays, all stoves, including this one, have electronics. I am apprehensive that the self-clean feature might fry those electronics. To address that fear, I bought the offered 2 extra year warranty. Admittedly, every offering would have this same problem as they're all electronic now.
Anyway, only time will tell. So far, its a nice stove and I'm glad I bought it.

Best gas range we've had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we selected the Frigidaire Professional series applances for our kitchen remodel, it was the gas range that was deciding factor for me. The attention to deatails, like the solid feel of interlocking grate surface, the center griddle burner, easy slide out oven rack, even the weight and feel of the control knobs, sold us on investing in this range. We look foirward to years and years of use.

Extremely noisy oven cooling fan!

We purchased this gas range and the cooling fan is extremely noisy from day one. After three service call and one new fan, we still have a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look but Just Fair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burner knobs are too loose. If you lean forward on stove for any reason they turn. The burner caps don’t lock into place and the stainless steel surrounding the front burner has become discolored only after a few weeks of use. The oven has way too many electronic features. The storage drawer is flimsy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very expensive Miele range in another home, and this Frigidaire is just as beautiful and works every bit as well as the Miele--for thousands less $'s. I am very impressed with the quality of the features and appointments on this range. Would love to see them add a light on the knobs to remind you your burner is on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased in May. Pros: great design, good convection bake, warmer zone, dual burner, oven racks; very sturdy and stable.
Cons: dual element burner went out after only five hours of cook time; covered under warranty but this is the burner we use the most and are concerned this will be a continuous problem; also convection fan is louder than previous convection oven, Timer buttons a little unfriendly to use and tone is too quiet when done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this stove for about a month and am very happy with it. Overall it is a great stove. I am not thrilled about the control panel however. The two timers are set by pressing a + or - and go up 1 minute at a time until you get to 10 and then go up 5 minutes at a time instead of just pressing a number panel for the time you want. I also don’t like the fact that when heating the oven you don’t know what the current temperature is. Maybe theses are minor details but something I was used to with my last stove.
