Looks nice, functions poorly

I've had this for 6 months now and agree with many other reviews on here that the timer is too quiet, but I haven't seen many talking about how long it takes to preheat this oven. And even worse is that you can't see the temperature progression on the screen! There's no way to tell how close it is to reaching the temperature you've set other than a small "Preheat" light. Combine this with the extremely quiet sound it plays when it's reached the temperature setting you wanted and you will for sure have your oven idling for no reason because you won't know when it's ready unless you are right next to it the entire time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Happy!

The appearance and the features impressed me....after my renovations I ordered the whole line with the gas slide in and the clean line fridge with ice maker in freezer. Two of my appliances came damaged and were replaced. One being the OTR Micro. One month of gentle using and the fan quit entirely. I am now on my third. The panel on the dishwasher doesn't work properly and I am waiting a service call. The motor for the water line of the ice maker is so noisy at times! One burner on my stove will not light. Waiting service on this too. I love the way the gas stove works but the cleaning it requires is ridiculous. Nothing comes off easy. After the first roast I cooked there is streaks on the inside sides of the glass front. Can't be cleaned unless the entire door and all the screws are removed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a little problemn at the delivery. The bottom of the side pannel of the range was not fastened in the bracket. I asked myslef... how a company can let go a range without checking them before sending them to the shops... Well, I had to unscrew the back pannel and the side pannel to place the thing back. On the other hand, the range wokrs pretty well. The critics about the sound of the timer is true. The sound is too low. I like the "Two timers" feature... but whats a timer if you can't hear it when it beeps? The grills of the oven are well conceived. There is like a handle to pull them out! Clever! I like the fact that almost everything on the range is controlled by buttons that you must turn. I had a perfect cooking in the oven at "Convection bake" mode. I have'nt tested the probe yet!

Buyer Beware Professional Gas Front Stove

We purchased our professional gas stove and after only having it for 4 months, our grates started to turn white. When I wiped with a dry paper towel, black residue powder comes off. We had a GE gas stove for over 15 years and never had any issue with our grates. I contacted customer service at Electrolux and they deemed it was a cosmetic issue and they would not replace even after having it for 4 months! The warranty expires after 3 months. The worst customer service even after we purchased extended warranty. I also have to mention as others have that the front control knobs don’t lock so it’s easy to accidentally turn in the gas stove. Poor design.

No Safety?

This range has no "no-flame" safety. Which is so disappointing vis-a-vis price.
And all burners except the biggest one are lacking the the main function. Can't cook on them, only to warm up stuff.

No flame sensor and the oven smells.

I am totally shocked that this range will let you turn gas on without flame. my house could be filling with gas all because I bumped into the dial and flipped it past the ignite setting. The oven has a strong smell that doesn't go away, It will almost give you a headache. (9months old)

Loving it!

Purchased this range - along with the professional series fridge and dishwasher - for our new kitchen. It took on a full day of roasting and baking for Christmas dinner like a champ. The thermometer that comes with it was great and easy to use, it yielded perfect medium cooked tenderloin. The keep warm feature is great too so that all foods get to be at serving temperature when you are ready to serve. The sliding rack is amazing, makes checking on foods much easier. I do agree with reviews saying the beepers the oven makes are not loud enough, however I am in the kitchen when using this so they work fine for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
