Love the look but....

Purchased a new home & upgraded all the appliances the builder was offering to the Professional series. I especially wanted a middle burner on the stove. It has been two months since we started using our new appliances. I like the fact that the stove top is also stainless, this makes it much easier to keep clean. The middle double burner is great, not only with the grill but with a large roasting pan on it making a gravy from a roast. My biggest complaint is with the racks. They are very difficult to remove. I still haven't figured out the bottom rack, which is on a track. Also, the notification bell on the timer is way too low. You can barely hear it. I've already almost burned a roast & a batch of cookies. Like any new appliance, it takes some getting used to.

Good but could be better

This replaced a glass flat top. Wow, what a difference! I had the range installed for two weeks and what a difference. The oven works well and the door does not get hot. Now, the bad. The range had to be partial disassembled the secure the front knob control panel. The panel did not catch the retainer underneath and would flex when touched. American craftsmanship could use a brush up on quality.

Very pleased with both the appearance and function of this appliance, but we have two minor problems. The sliding drawer is very difficult to remove and the volume of the timer alarm is so low that it can not be heard unless one is right there by it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this stove about two months ago and it looks great in my kitchen. I agree with another reviewer that the oven is noisy in the preheat and convection stages but it really bakes great and takes less time. I guess that is the trade off. Overall I am really pleased with the stove. I like the dials versus digital settings for the oven, more old school. We placed a stainless range hood and backsplash to complete the look and it has a very professional feel.

We have had this range since end of December 2015 and are overall happy with it. Cooking with the burners is fast and you have a lot of control with the heat. Baking is great and we love the roast setting (foolproof juicy chicken breasts!). It is also very nice looking.
One major issue is the cleaning on the cooktop and grates. They stain and scratch VERY easily. We like to keep our things pristine and are very careful but it is nearly impossible on this stove (and we don't even cook that much!). A splatter from something like a tomato sauce can permanently stain the "stainless" steel, the burner covers and the grate. :-( I just wish this staining/cleaning wasn't an issue.
The alarm is a little quiet and you cannot just add time onto an already set timer. I also tried to change the cook mode mid-cook and it all turns off (ie. from roast to broil). It seems as though you have to turn all the functions off and then reset them.
(oh yes, and the first one we received, none of the electric turned on upon delivery and they had to send us a second one.)

So, a few quirks, but I really think the staining issue is the big problem. Otherwise it would be a great stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
