Good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove recently and love it. It is really heavy duty and feels substantial. Well made. All the parts fit well. It is not flimsy like my other stove was. It is easy to use and when I need to find out something (like programming the automatic convection oven calculator) the directions in the manual are easy to read and understand. The oven bakes nicely (I do a lot of baking) so this is an important feature for me. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

Concerns

I bought this stove a month ago and immediately had trouble with cleaning glass top. I needed to buy new pans that had smooth bottoms or it scratched glass top. Also any areas that hardened on during cooking are extremely difficult to remove. I had a previous glass top and did not have this problem. The biggest problem was the intense smoke inside oven when using air fryer. I had a drip pan but I was told by service dept from store wher I purchased stove that the new suggestion is a much bigger catch pan with foil and parchment paper. Besides the disaster of all the smoke and mess in brand new stove I need to buy a larger drip pan to use the air fryer. Wonder why that isn’t included since it is required to use air fryer?

I bought this oven in Oct. because I was remodeling my kitchen. This oven fit perfectly. It will fit the need or all those great "chefs" of the world!

Versatile cook top

The frigidaire professional gas stove has the most versatile burner selection on the market, In additiona to large powerful burner and small simmer, the combination center burner can adjust to many cooking, grilling and warming operations. The conventional and convection oven both work well. The controls are protected by the over bar against accidental lighting when brushing by the stove.

This is the first gas appliance we have owned. We have always heard about the benefits of cooking with gas. We have not been disappointed. Easy to use, easy to clean it has far exceeded our expectations.
