I like the look of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about a month ago. My biggest issue is that the stove top is very difficult to keep clean. The shiny black top is spotted very easily and needs to be cleaned almost every time I use it .My previous stove had a similar cooktop but had a gray matte finish which was much easier to keep clean. I'm not a fan of the timer sounds which are too low despite being at the loudest setting. Also would've liked a warmer drawer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your range concerns, MBear11. I recommend applying a few drops of Cerama Bryte cooktop cleaning crème directly to the cooktop. Use a paper towel or a microfiber sponge to clean the entire cooktop surface, making sure not to leave any residue. Beautiful, but was it designed for actual use?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this stove. I bought the matching french door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Together they are absolutely breathtaking. BUT - I cook daily. I took delivery of the 4 piece set in June and it took 1 day for the stainless surface under a burner to turn a light brown. Magic Eraser, and 2 different stainless cleaning products later - no change. When I first used the oven, the exhaust discolored the vent on the top of the stove, the similar tinted brown color. After a month or two of use, the ceramic burner cover that I use most (front left) discolored around the edge. So now I have a beautiful stove-top that has brown discolorations at the back around the oven vent and around all of the burners, and one ceramic ring that's pinkish at its edges. So....I am certain this would be a great looking stove if you never used it. I will make a point to add photos soon now that I am thinking about it.... ***if there's a product that would take off the brown discoloration I would LOVE to hear about it***

does not live up to the word proffesional

nice looking stove but has come with a few flaws. 1. the convection fan is very loud and sometimes makes buzzing sound 2. the cooktop knobs are easily turned on when you brush against them 3. the rubber feet on the grates come off its seems the adhesive used could be better 4. the oven temperature from factory was off 15 degrees

Glass melted to my pan and chipped away!

Saphire274, I can only imagine how upsetting this must have been. Take care when placing empty aluminum, glass or porcelain-enamel coated cookware on the ceramic cooktop. The melting point of cookware made with these materials may be reached quickly especially if heated empty, and they may bond to the ceramic cooktop. The melting point of aluminum is much lower than that of other metals. Care must be taken when aluminum pots or pans are used on the cooktop. If aluminum pans are allowed to boil dry when using the cooktop, not only will the utensil be damaged or destroyed, but it may fuse to, break, or mark the ceramic glass surface, permanently damaging the cooktop surface (Page 33 in your Owner’s Manual). We do not recommend using any of the areas that may have been impacted by the loss of integrity, without consulting a service technician first. As in our reviews of the side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, we decided to upgrade from our 2008 Professional Series to this newest collection, and have been disappointed ever since.
The range looks good from the outside. Enough said.

Not worth the money

Since we have owned this stove in June we have had countless problems. The convection fans rattles when overheated and the stove has been on with a roast. Water doesn't boil easily, it has to have the flame on high and then the flame goes up the size of the pot no matter how big the pot! The grates are to far away from the flame causing this to be a problem with everything. The oven can't seem to keep up with multiple items. The timer can not be heard at all an only beeps once.
